VET SECURITY ENFORCEMENT AGENCY applies traditional recruiting procedures, which attract quality applicants from diverse fields, through colleges, employee referrals, seminars, newspaper advertising, brochures, and trade shows. Each employee or trainee must undergo criminal background check, fingerprinting, and a VET SECURITY ENFORCEMENT AGENCY pre-employment screening before being hired with VET SECURITY ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. Each employee must participate in an annual training which involves state laws, patrol techniques, and self defense. VET SECURITY ENFORCEMENT AGENCY owner James Eggleston is personally in charge of verifying that each agent possessing a firearm passes all state and VET SECURITY ENFORCEMENT AGENCY special weapons safety certifications courses before being authorized to carry a firearm. VET SECURITY ENFORCEMENT AGENCY’s staff board are all certified in firearms.s.

Vets Security implements a mandatory physical test that must be passed as well as drug test and background checks before any job is offered. 
Our physical test is the same as the Idaho Post standard. 

The Vets Security Enforcement Officer PRT is comprised of a battery of five events:

  • Vertical Jump: min 14”
  • One Minute Sit-ups: min 21
  • Maximum Push-ups: max out
  • 300-Meter Run: min 77 sec
  • 1.5-Mile Run/Walk: min 17:17

Test is administered in the above order. The test battery process will be sequenced as follows:  

I. Warm-up (7-10 minutes) 
  • General warm-up - 2-3 minutes of easy jogging, jumping jacks, squat-thrusts, etc. 
  • Stretching (active and/or static) - 5-7 minutes, include stretches for shoulders, back, upper/lower legs 

II. Physical Readiness Test (PRT) 
  • Vertical Jump (3 minutes rest) 
  • One Minute Sit-Ups (5 minutes rest) 
  • Maximum Push-Ups (10 minutes rest) 
  • 300-Meter Run (15 minutes rest) 
  • 1.5 Mile Run/Walk

APPLICANTS PLEASE READ

 We would like to invite you to partake in our PRT  (Physical Readiness Test)
as you have inquired about our company. You will need to print ,sign and bring with you the Physical Readiness Test waiver (BELOW) as well as your application and Photo ID. This testing will be held on Saturday October 10th 2015, Skyline High School
track @ 9am. You will need to respond and let us know that you are planning on coming to ensure that we still have space available.
